...i spent my evening last night FINALLY putting Curt and Erith's wedding album together!!
i am so pleased with how they all turned out and am looking very forward to seeing their reactions today when they get their photos!! ( i used this shimmer yellow ribbon because it was one of their wedding colors )

-a fun day of jetskiing and an evening boat ride in tracy and roberts new toy...
we rode out on cook's creek and onto the red river in selkirk!
(remember the old river boat the Lord Selkirk? i was quite upset to see many of my teenage happy memories beached in the slew of Selkirk...rotting away, being vandalized. what a sad waste.

mike's parents, Liz and Ken, FINALLY made it out to the cabin for a day/lunch visit with us!
(thanks again for the yummy corn-on-the-cob!!)
...and after supper, the four of us went out on the boat for a ride and some fishing...

we celebrated my mom's birthday with a bbq and cheesecake!

***this is also 4 days post cataract surgery for my mom too ( left eye )...she's doing great and may only need to pull out reading glasses as needed when the other eye is done too***

...mike, mon and i happily and FINALLY moved my Grandpa to River East Personal Care Home...
this has been a year and a half wait to get in...and we all just love the new change...my Grandma would have loved it here. now he is just down the street from us - sooooo much closer!

...we FINALLY got my mom to come out with us to the cabin for her first time this year!!
( 'us' being Oliver too...he loves it at the cabin! )

HAPPY 13TH BIRTHDAY TO COURTNEY!!!
...not so sure how this happened so fast, but I am officially the mother of a teenager!!

...we had a fun day, starting with a little boat ride around the lake for my mom...
...the kids and i baked Rainbow Cupcakes for courtney's 'cake' today!!!
...and courtney loves to ice / decorate cupcakes, so have at 'er kid...

...we always finish our P.B. days off with a stop at Sandy's chipstand for an ice cream cone!!!

Great blog once again Kim! I bet the Wedding pics were just loved!! Seeing how the boat is being wrecked is just so saddening, all those fantastic days of pure joy going to waste is just dreadful.Why people can't restore and leave it being used even out of the water is wrong. People would still go as a bar or fast food place ( seafood) could work, just dont let it go to waste! Anyways I love the pic of your Mom and Oliver!! You all looked like you totally enjoyed your day with Robert & Tracey! I also adore that pic of Courtney with the matching shades and suit!...Nikki xoxoxo
